ANALYSIS OF THE NUMBER OF FIRES AT SUPERVISED OBJECTS OCCURRED FROM DIFFERENT CAUSES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN 2019-2021 IN ORDER TO JUSTIFY AND ELABORATE RISK INDICATORS OF VIOLATION OF MANDATORY FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

The presence of risk indicators of violation of mandatory requirements at supervised objects may precede the violation of mandatory fire safety requirements at these objects. One of the ways to develop and justify a risk indicator is to analyze various statistics on fires and their consequences at supervised objects. In order to elaborate and justify risk indicators, there were analyzed the total number of fires, the number of fires with loss of life, the number of fires with injuries, the number of fires with major material damage that occurred from various causes in the Russian Federation in 2019-2021. Based on the results of the analysis there were determined the causes of fires which correspond to the largest number of fires during the period under review.
