The competence approach to the formation of professional communication culture at agrarian universities

The characteristics of professional communication culture by applying the competence approach is conceded in the article . It is justificated the necessity of obtaining a competency based education at agrarian university and, therefore, the application of the competency approach in creating a culture of professional communication. To explore further ways for successful creating of future agricultural experts professional communication culture it is studied the main problems of specialists professional competence. The terms of competency and competence are analyzed.
