Bankruptcy of individuals: problems of judicial and arbitration practice

This article discusses the issues of the peculiarities of considering bankruptcy cases of individuals. Since the institution of bankruptcy in the Russian Federation is quite young, during the consideration of bankruptcy cases a number of problems arise that prevent more complete satisfaction of creditors claims. Since the author of the article is an arbitration manager, problems arising during the consideration of bankruptcy cases will be covered from the point of view of a financial manager.
