THE SYSTEM OF LEGISLATION REGULATING THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGIME OF MARTIAL STATE

The article examines scientific approaches to the understanding of such legal categories as legal regulation, administrative-legal regulation, and the ability to understand administrative-legal regulation and administrative-legal security. The position is highlighted that administrative and legal regulation is an element of administrative and legal security. The author has proposed an important concept of administrative-legal regulation of the legal regime of the military state as a direct infusion of the norms of administrative law into the commonwealths that arise under the hour of the legal regime of the military state. Their regulation is carried out by the subjects of their security through the establishment of special legal provisions. The system of normative and legal acts from the administrative and legal regulation of the legal regime of the military camp is examined, which consists of laws and by-laws and normative and legal acts. It is emphasized that the administrative-legal regulation of the activities of the subjects of the immediate security and the conquest of the legal regime of the military state is important due to statutory normative and legal acts, which are seen inclusively between give them more importance. It has been established that the punishments and orders of the military command and military administrations, as special subjects of ensuring the legal regime of the military state, play a key role in its ensuring and occupy a place in the system of regulatory legal acts from the administrative-legal regulation of the legal regime is being considered.
