SYSTEM FOR MONITORING THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE BUSINESS STRUCTURE

The purpose of the article is to investigate the peculiarities of the system for monitoring the innovative development of business structures. It was established that the management of innovative development includes planning, organization, motivation, coordination, regulation and evaluation of the innovation process and the results of its implementation in business structures. It was found that the innovative development of the business structure should be understood as the development and further development of innovative products and technologies, as well as targeted research and development of specific competencies based on training the susceptibility of the business structure to innovative changes through various types of innovation implementation. It was determined that the monitoring of the business structure is an effective tool of internal control of the business structure and can significantly improve the operation of the business structure. It was found that the system of analytical means of controlling innovative development should include two components: 1) analysis — a system of indicators of innovative development of business structures; 2) accounting — a system of accounting tools for innovative development, which should provide the analysis system with the necessary accounting data. It was determined that the determining element of the business structure's ability to carry out innovative activities is its innovation potential, which is a set of factors necessary to solve specific production problems and reflects the readiness of the business structure to solve them. It was found that the system for monitoring the innovative development of the business structure is an information and analytical system that provides the process of managing the innovative development of the business structure with timely qualitative and quantitative content of data for regulation and correction of the organization of innovative activities and effective management of the current level of innovative activities. It was established that the innovative development of the business structure should be ensured by the effective integrated use of all components, but today the intellectual component of the innovative development of the business structure is becoming more important than the material one.
