FEATURES OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBAL SECURITY CHALLENGES AND RISKS OF DIGITALIZATION

The article presents the concept of «innovative development of enterprise» and analyzes the current state of innovative activity in Ukraine. The article considers the importance of business digitalization as one of the main factors in ensuring economic growth and competitiveness. The threats that arise from the implementation of digital technologies in an enterprise are identified. The essence of fintech and its importance in innovative development are defined. The role of formal and informal institutions, in particular regulatory and legal regulation in the field of innovative activity and digitalization of the economy, is considered. Directions for the activation of domestic innovative entrepreneurship in the conditions of global security challenges and risks of digitalization are proposed.
