FEATURES OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN INTEGRATED BUSINESS STRUCTURES

Crises in integrated business structures can manifest themselves with a certain cyclicality. Due to the heterogeneity of the types of crises and the reasons that caused them, the periods of the life cycles of the development of crises and the intensity of their manifestation are different. There are both protracted crisis processes, characterized by a long life cycle and low dynamics of growth of the intensity of manifestation, and crises that suddenly arise, have a short period of development and a high degree of intensity of manifestation. The justification and introduction into scientific circulation of the main concepts (directions of managing crisis phenomena in integrated business structures; phases of the crisis state of IS subjects, taking into account their content, consequences and necessary measures for their liquidation; proposed factors of the emergence of a crisis situation in the activity of IS) will make it possible to clarify the main general scientific approaches to anti-crisis management of both the subjects of the ISB and the ISB as a whole. Formation of goals and use of basic crisis management mechanisms in the activities of subjects of integrated business structures. The tasks and mechanisms of anti-crisis management must correspond to the scale of the crisis state of the ISB and take into account the forecast of the development of the main factors that pose a threat of bankruptcy. In this context, it is proposed to highlight: a) ensuring the financial recovery of the subject of the business structure by using the internal reserves of the profitable participants of the ISB; b) ensuring the financial recovery of the ISB subject through external assistance (from the state) and its partial reorganization. During the research, it was taken as the main idea that the presented theoretical aspects related to the management of the crisis state of ISB will help to identify and overcome the reasons that prevent the restoration of these structures. Also, these aspects will make it possible to clarify general scientific approaches to the study of anti-crisis management issues.
