SYSTEMIC FACTORS OF INFLUENCE ON THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF A BUSINESS STRUCTURE

The purpose of the article is to study systemic factors of influence on the innovative development of a business structure. It has been determined that the economic efficiency of innovative development largely depends on the ability of business structures to implement a continuous and complex innovation process, which should be based on strategic planning and the creation of an organizational structure, which turns the process of changing the business structure into an element of corporate culture. It has been established that the activation of the innovative development of a business structure requires comprehensive control over the ongoing changes in the environment of the business structure. It was found that the structure of factors of innovative development of a business structure should be understood as a set of factors that allow achieving a high level of development of a particular type of economic activity and national development through the maximum use of innovations. It has been determined that the process of innovative development requires the business structure to form its own sources of financing for the conversion of fixed assets through the profit of the business structure, as well as accumulated funds in the form of depreciation. Factors of influence on the innovative development of business structures are considered. It has been established that an important factor in the analysis and evaluation of the innovative activity of a business structure is the identification of factors, causes and prerequisites that determine the nature or specifics of the function of innovative activity. It has been established that an important feature of the innovative development of a business structure is state support as an external factor. It has been established that the factors that characterize the internal resources of a business structure include the financial viability of the business structure, the potential of the organization in terms of scientific and technological progress, and the production potential of the business structure. It has been proved that the innovative development of a business structure is one of the priority ways to achieve the goals of a business structure in a competitive environment, and for successful implementation, it is necessary to predict and evaluate the impact of a particular group of factors on this process.
