ENSURING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article reveals the features of ensuring the efficiency of the enterprise. It has been determined that the way to increase the efficiency of enterprises is based on the introduction of new technologies that can be created through investments in scientific activities and technological development. It has been established that the effective activity of an enterprise involves a change in time in absolute indicators of efficiency or effectiveness in the direction of increase or decrease, depending on the economic nature of the indicators under consideration, which allows us to talk about dynamic efficiency. It has been established that the competitive environment of enterprises, the variability and development of which is determined by the intensity of scientific and technological progress, entrepreneurial activity, the potential of market entities and other factors, in particular efficiency, innovation and investment efficiency, should constantly improve the efficiency of the enterprise. It was revealed that efficiency assessment is based on uniform methodological principles that determine the effectiveness of activities, in particular, the main general principles of activity. It has been established that enterprise performance management should be carried out in accordance with specially developed methodological recommendations, and great attention should be paid to determining priority areas for using the enterprise's performance efficiency. It has been revealed that the efficiency of an enterprise is the result of enterprise management, characterized by the results of its activities in various areas: financial, operational, investment, environmental, social, etc. It has been established that the efficiency of an enterprise also depends on the ability of the enterprise to use the management experience of foreign enterprises. It has been established that the main criterion and indicator for determining effective enterprise management is the increase in the value of the enterprise, that is, an increase in the value expression of the purchase price of the enterprise, taking into account all financial means of financing. The study takes into account individual ideas and some provisions of modern modeling methodology and tools for making management decisions under conditions of risk and uncertainty, theoretical and practical aspects of economic diagnostics of the state and opportunities, trends and prospects for the development of an enterprise in modern conditions. All this must be taken into account in the future for further research when improving the system and tools for diagnosing the efficiency of an enterprise.
