FORMATION OF AN ARRAY OF INFORMATION FOR MANAGING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENERGY-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES AT ENTERPRISES

Implementation of energy saving measures is an important direction of increasing the efficiency of economic activity of many enterprises in modern economic conditions. The most effective such measures include the introduction of advanced energysaving technological processes. At the same time, managing the implementation of energy-saving technologies requires a significant amount of information about the internal and external environment of enterprises. The success of the implementation of energysaving technologies depends on how well formed is the array of this information. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to form an array of information necessary for managing the implementation of energy-saving technologies at enterprises. Areas of improvement of information support for the management of implementation of energy-saving technologies at enterprises are highlighted. These areas include improving the selection of energy-saving technologies, properly structuring arrays of necessary information, ensuring conditions for compliance with all the main requirements for these arrays, improving the competence of managers, specialists and company owners in matters of processing information necessary for making decisions about the implementation of advanced energysaving technological processes. The main arrays of information for managing the introduction of energy-saving technologies at enterprises have been determined. These arrays include blocks of primary, intermediate, secondary and generalizing (final) information. In particular, it is shown that primary information should include information on the value of primary indicators necessary for planning the implementation of energy-saving technologies at enterprises. The detailed content of each of the blocks of information necessary for managing the implementation of energy-saving technological processes by companies has been established. The presence of close connections between the listed blocks of information is shown, which is due to the hierarchical nature of the formation of the entire array of information. The use of the proposed approach to the formation of information to manage the implementation of energy-saving technologies in the practice of enterprises activity will increase the efficiency of the process of such management.
