PERSONNEL SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE: ESSENCE, COMPONENTS AND PROVISION IN THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY

The article examines the features of personnel security of an enterprise from the position of essence, components and support in the economic security system. It is noted that one of the important aspects of organizing the economic security of an enterprise is the process of ensuring personnel security, necessary to eliminate socio-economic threats in production and commercial activities. It has been established that the goal of ensuring enterprise security is to comprehensively influence potential and real threats (risks) that impede the successful functioning of the enterprise in unstable conditions of the external and internal environment. It has been established that the development and successful functioning of entrepreneurship in a market economy requires an effective staffing system. Ensuring effective personnel security of enterprises is one of the priorities for achieving stability and prosperity not only of individual enterprises or groups of enterprises, but also of the entire national economic system. It was found that the priority of personnel security is justified by the modern role of the human factor in the global economy, since the emerging information economy, new economy or knowledge economy is characterized by a significantly greater contribution to the difference between human and intellectual potential compared to material factors. It has been established that the personnel safety of a company reflects the level of safety of its employees — the most important resource of the company. It has been determined that an important aspect of the formation and implementation of a personnel security system is the convenience of obtaining reasonable information about the need to implement each stage of this process in order to avoid or reduce the negative impact of employees and overcome their resistance to change, the opportunity to participate in supporting employees. It was found that the personnel security of an enterprise allows the use of professional, business and personal qualities, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of its employees for a certain economic development, which ultimately ensures the economic stability of the enterprise as a whole. All this must be taken into account in the future of further research in the context of improving the system of economic diagnostics of an enterprise's activities, taking into account the features of its personnel security.
