Abstract

The article is dedicated to the examination of personnel management as a priority resource component of agricultural enterprises, presented by the management level and employees who ensure the execution of all necessary tasks related to agricultural production. The aim of the article is to reveal the directions of applying innovative technologies (information systems, process automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence) in the implementation of managerial and functional components of personnel management in agricultural enterprises. The main functional components of personnel management in agricultural enterprises are considered, including formation, motivation and stimulation, training and development, evaluation and control, conflict management and communication. The peculiarities of the functioning of agricultural enterprises (seasonality of production, use of physical labor, work with living organisms, dependence on natural-climatic conditions, the need for effective distribution of production resources) are revealed in the context of their impact on personnel management. The role of automation of managerial processes, the use of analytics and forecasting systems, artificial intelligence, specialized platforms for information exchange, and online learning platforms in the implementation of organizational and functional components of personnel management in agricultural enterprises is revealed. It is substantiated that the implementation and rational use of innovative technologies contribute to increasing the efficiency of personnel management, particularly through reducing costs on administrative processes, improving the quality of training and development of employees, as well as making informed managerial decisions based on data analysis. All this has a positive impact on the final results of economic activity of agricultural enterprises as a whole.
