INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES OF CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MARITAL STATE REGIME

The article emphasizes that in the conditions of the market economy, the competitive struggle for the sales markets of goods and services, carrying out economic activity at one's own risk and setting the goal of obtaining profit, innovative and investment activity acquires an important importance for entrepreneurship, which provides an opportunity with the help of a purposeful process of formation necessary investment resources to implement the most advanced innovative scientific and technical achievements in the construction industry. On the basis of the analysis of current legal acts and scientific opinions of Ukrainian people, the definitions of the concepts of «innovative activity» and investment activity were analyzed. Differences in scientific positions regarding the interpretation of these concepts have been revealed. The essence of the specified concepts is revealed, their place and significance in the activity of Ukrainian entrepreneurship is defined, the author's definition investment activity is provided. It is emphasized that the innovative activity of entrepreneurship covers various and specific innovative processes, which includes organizational, legal, financial, informational, intellectual, research, technological, and commercial components. It was emphasized that investments provide an opportunity for entrepreneurship not only to solve, but also to improve the strategic tasks of its development in the short and long term. The main attention is focused on the analysis of the state of the economy, innovative of the concepts «innovative activity» and and investment activities of entrepreneurship, state activity in the conditions of the martial law regime and its impact on entrepreneurial activity. It was established that as a result of the Russian Federation's full-scale military aggression against Ukraine, the Ukrainian economy suffered significant losses. Such a situation requires the state leadership to take the necessary steps to solve problematic issues in the state's economy, which will provide an opportunity to improve the innovative and investment activities of entrepreneurship. It was concluded that the prospects for further research should be the analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches to the evaluation of the implementation of innovative and investment activities of entrepreneurship in the post-war and post-war period in Ukraine.
