Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the features of the introduction of digital technologies in personnel manage‑ ment at the enterprise. It has been determined that digital personnel management is the optimization of personnel management processes using analytics, social, mobile and cloud technologies to increase employee productivity and improve interaction between them. It has been established that among the innovative approaches to personnel management, it is necessary to single out the quality management system «investing in personnel», which provides for a combination of human resources and corporate man‑ agement based on the formula of productive interaction between managers and subordinates to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. It was found out that one of the significant innovations in personnel management is controlling, which acts as a kind of guarantee of effective management actions, a specific support mechanism in the field of management. It has been established that management information systems continuously and quickly provide management with reliable information necessary for making accurate and balanced management decisions. It has been determined that the key task of digital transformation for HR profes‑ sionals is to create effective recruitment, training and innovation, as well as attract targeted employees who can achieve targeted results. The main principles of personnel management are disclosed. The methods of remote personnel management are singled out and characterized. It has been established that the use of innovative digital technologies will help increase labor productivity, improve the skills and retraining of personnel, create a creative environment for the individual development of each employee and improve the efficiency of personnel management through creative focus. The effectiveness of the introduction of digital technologies in personnel management increases the competitiveness of the enterprise. All this must be taken into account in the future of fur‑ ther research when improving the practical aspects of the development and implementation of an enterprise development strategy.
