Abstract
This paper discusses the key competences of the XXI century in the context of transition to a new humanistic paradigm of education as well as the results of PISA 2012 study ?Creative Problem Solving?. The contradictions between traditional skills and XXI century competencies of school graduate are analyzed. It also discusses the contradiction between the public need in personality with a highly developed intellectual, spiritual and moral potential and insufficient development of theoretical and methodological bases of student’s reflective and humanistic potential development, between the traditional methods of computer science teaching and the necessity to solve problems of the educational process in conditions of ICT use. The concept of methodical system for which key notions are reflexive and humanistic potential of the students is introduced. The features of student’s reflective qualities development, the formation of his/her humanistic world view are discussed. The interrelationship and interaction of these processes are also shown. A model of the development of student’s personal potential and the harmonization of his/her relations with the outside world, based on the described concept is shown. The results of application of the informatics' teaching methods based on the principles of humane pedagogy are presented, its effectiveness is confirmed.
