Abstract

The motivational profile of successful waiting rooms of mothers is examined in the article, waiting rooms of mothers, having problems in education of receiving children, successful teachers and successful biological mothers. Drawn conclusion about reliable distinctions in the motivational sphere between an examinee in a selection. It turns out also, that the high level of altruism is in a greater degree inherent to the foster-mothers that have problems in education of receiving children (87%), that underlines some oblatoryness in their relations initially. 65% of waiting rooms of mothers of the second sub-group, having problems in education of receiving children, is sent to the process, but not on a result. It is reduced, that in the group of waiting rooms of mothers material reasons prevail with successful experience of socialization. The mothers of this sub-group behave to receiving maternity as to necessary to society to work, consider labour of receiving parents honoured and claiming payment. Material reasons are in the group of waiting rooms of mothers having problems in education of children expressed weaker. The self-appraisal of women is analysed, the comparative and quality analysis of ideal rows of different sub-groups an examiner, and also comparative analysis of values of locus control, is conducted in the group of women.
