Abstract
With its conditions 30th October Mondros Cease-Fire Treaty signed after the World War I had taken away everything from the Turkish nation trying to get rid of the invasion. Anatolia was struggling both inside and outside. There needed a support to National Struggle either to meet the military or logistic needs. In the same years similar movements in Russia, which had been the rival of Ottoman Empire for years were observed. It was about to head for a change of regime. The 1917 October Revolution was an opportunity for Turkey and as a result of this event Ankara and Moscow governments got closer to each other
