PECULIARITIES OF THE WORK OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES IN UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR

Introduction. War changed the stable productive process of our enterprises radically. Permanent air-strikes of hostile безпілотників and rockets, disconnecting of power supply, unstable connection is all requires changes in organization and management of enterprises of small and midsize businesses. Purpose. A research aim are determinations of new and non-standard events, that give an opportunity to most small and middle enterprises not only to save but also carry out further development of the business. Materials and methods. Research came true with application of both scientific and special methods of scientific cognition: descriptive-analytical, to the analysis and synthesis, methods of quantitative and quality comparisons. The periodic scientific publications of home and foreign scientists-economists, materials and analyst reports of international organizations, international consulting companies and analytical centers, became a base for the article. It is necessary to mark that in the conditions of war of value of small business for development of economy of country grows substantially. Due to mobility, flexibility, innovative approach such enterprises are able quickly to adjust to the changes of consumer demand, find the market niche, operatively to carry out the production of new goods small batchwises. It is especially necessary to mark that work of these enterprises does not need the concentration of plenty of people and equipment one place, that it is very important in the conditions of permanent rocket danger of our country. Results. In present tense is substantial and important to find ways for maintenance and development of малогоі of midsize business in the conditions of military aggression. Undertaken studies and analysis of literature give an opportunity to assert that the basic events of improvement of structure and work of small and middle enterprises is optimization of charges; preparation of a few plans of action of enterprise; abandonment is from second-rate charges; application of digital technologies; creation of operative staff of management a company; maintenance of collective. Discussion. At the same time, to our opinion, the list of these events does not exhaust, as within the limits of this research we can not distinguish the enormous amount of subjective indexes that are characteristic and have considerable influence for the that or other region of country. All of it must be taken into account in the prospect of further researches.
