Abstract
Modern business is regulated by a number of regulations, represented both by laws and regulations, and by materials of judicial practice, determining the degree of responsibility to society and the business environment, which makes practical issues of business responsibility a key aspect of its functioning and development. Analysis of the economic and legal aspects of business responsibility allows us to determine and clearly formulate a risk management strategy and improve other aspects of activity. Consideration of this topic allows us to determine the relationship between the successful economic activity of an enterprise and its responsibility to consumers, employees, partners and society as a whole. Taking this into account, taking into account the results of scientific research in this direction, as well as theoretical and practical issues on the economic diagnosis of an enterprise, management and innovation, investment and business operations research, the purpose of the article is to explore the economic and legal aspects of business responsibility in modern conditions. It has been established that enterprises influence the social and economic environment, creating a need for careful control and regulation of their economic activities. The legal liability of a business is one of the key and important aspects of this control, reflecting the interaction between the economic activities of businesses and the legal system. It is noted that when studying the importance of the legal responsibility of a business, the role, significance and influence of ethical standards on business activities should be taken into account. It has been determined that economic-legal aspects in the area of business responsibility include such basic components as: compliance with legislation; tax liability; Social responsibility; financial stability and investment; responsibility to consumers and partners; intellectual property and privacy. It is substantiated that responsible business contributes to the sustainable development of the economy, creates a favorable climate and helps to increase the confidence of consumers and partners. The prospect for further research is the formation and development of a system of economic diagnostics of an enterprise, taking into account economic and legal aspects in the area of business responsibility.
