Abstract
Oral drug delivery was carried out. As it was immediate release dosage form, it required the drug which having better absorption in the stomach that means the pKa valve of the drug should be in acidic range. The literature survey about the NSAID and treatment available was done .The combination of drug to control pain was selected. The marketed product was analyzed for physical and chemical characteristic. And formula was developing to match these characteristic. Development of formulation was completed with the final formula. That the stability batches were taken to see the effect of temperature and humidity Initial observations of stability formulations for physical characterization had shown that, all of them comply with the specifications as per the marketed product. Stability study was conducted on tablets of Batch 09 and batch 10 as per the ICH guidelines. Tablets evaluated for in-vitro dissolution measurement and invitro release profile, after one month. No significant changes were observed in any of the studied parameters during the study period, thus it could be concluded that formulation was stable. The stability study revealed that there was not significant change in dissolution profile.
