Problems of differentiation of robbery with related crimes

Today, in practice, the problem of distinguishing crimes such as robbery and theft from robbery is very difficult. One of the signs linking theft and robbery is violence against the victim. A simple robbery is not related to violence, and robbery, qualified under paragraph 2 (d) of Article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation states that it cannot be dangerous to life and health.
