Abstract

The article considers the fundamental theoretical provisions on the social conditionality of the establishment of criminal-legal prohibitions on acts that are socially dangerous. The author comes to the conclusion that the social conditionality of normative prescriptions establishing liability for committing crimes that infringe on the order of saving military property, is determined, first of all, by the increased social danger of such crimes, as well as the need for normal logistical and combat support of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, on which depends the possibility of protecting the sovereignty of our country and strengthening its international position.
