Classification of securities as objects of civil relations

This article examines the classification of securities in the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as from an economic point of view, provides examples of securities of the relevant classifications. The problems in the legal regulation of securities have been studied from the standpoint of various regulatory legal acts. The author of the article provides a list of the main sources regulating the turnover of securities. The properties of securities as objects of civil relations have been studied.
