Abstract

Integration into the global education system expects definite changes in the system of management of a high education establishment. This system hasn't been changed although modern model of education services provision hasn't agreed with the traditional structure of education. It makes chief executive officers of a high education establishment choose management tools and means using new methods of analysis and structural and dynamic approach to management system improvement. Aims and Objectives: To study the issue of modeling of business processes structure in education service quality management. Methods: Structural and dynamic approach, strategic analysis in the system of management. Results: Business processes modeling in education service quality management starts with the choice of development priority. It should be chosen the ways of their transformation into more definite indices which must be used in the strategic development of a high education establishment activity. Conclusions: The model of business processes structure in education service quality management taking into account structural and dynamic approach can be used to create the system of education service quality management.
