Abstract

The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between perfectionism, aggression and negligence of parents with the severity of the symptoms of confrontational disobedience in the students of the first year of elementary school in the city of Niriz in 1401. The descriptive research method is of correlational type and the statistical population includes all mothers who have children studying in the first year of elementary school in Niriz, who enrolled their children in the first year of elementary school in the academic year of 1401-402. In this article, the multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to select the sample, and based on the table for determining the size of the Georgian statistical sample, 353 people were selected as the final sample. To collect information from Bass and Perry's aggression questionnaire (1992), Hill et al.'s perfectionism questionnaire (2004), Takman's procrastination questionnaire (1991), Hashemi et al. Their validity and reliability have been confirmed and used and completed by the mothers of the students. In order to analyze the data, Pearson's correlation and multivariate regression analysis were used, and after analyzing the data, the following results were obtained: perfectionism, aggression and negligence of mothers with severe symptoms of confrontational disobedience in science. Students of the first year of elementary school have a positive and significant relationship at a significant level (P<0.01). In addition to this, perfectionism, aggression and negligence of mothers are able to positively predict the severity of symptoms of confrontational disobedience.
