Şehrin bir de “sevilerek” ötekileştirilenleri: Romanlar Romans in Samsun: Otherization and Social Separation

This article aims to describe the obstacles and difficulties in front of the participation in education and employment of Roman People, in the light of the findings resulted from the qualitative survey, carried out in the suburb neighbourhoods of Samsun City. The discrimination and the stigma developed against the Roman People are some of the subjects of discussion in this article. The practise of discriminations taking place in those neighbourhood are tried to be questions within the limitation of the named survey.
