Abstract
It is important that the concept of human rights in today. İn additon, universal human rights are accepted, but this concept is not essentially universal. Because this concept was born in the West. So it depend on velu of west. So that there are many criss via this consept to betwen east and west. this stdudy will help us to examine the solutions to origin of human rights and its imaginative process.
