Optimizing TNA Method thru the Use of Cloud based App

Talent development is essential to ensure organization ready to survive in the market. Although it is essential, many organizations have yet taken it seriously and relies on traditional method. Recent IT technology development has changed the way the company develops its talents. It enables to simplify major bureaucracy, save unnecessary costs and talent development can be done ubiquitously. The article takes a case study of PN, an Indonesian state-owned energy company to enhance talent development program especially Training Need Assessment (TNA) methods. The PN director has mandated the current TNA method should embrace recent IT technology, to simplify TNA preparation and improve efficiency in delivery time. The article examines the use of cloud-based TNA application to promote TNA program to prepare world class talents as mandated in corporate program.
