STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SITUATION OF THE LABOR MARKET IN UKRAINE

The peculiarities of indicators of the socio-economic development of the market in the regions of Ukraine are investigated. Unusual patterns and peculiarities have been revealed in the dynamics of the planned mass migration of doctors across regions and Ukraine. The largest increase in the number of workers in 2022 is expected in the Kharkiv, Lviv, Zhytomyr and Dnipropetrovsk regions. In general, in Ukraine in 2022 there were 123,380 productive individuals. In 2023, the rate of death of workers decreased by 54% or by 56,720 people. By type of economic activity: among the registered unemployed, 18% were previously borrowed from the trade sector, 18% from government administration, defense, obligatory social insurance, 17% from agriculture, forestry and the fishery dominion, 13% in the processing industry. The types of economical activities of enterprises for the largest number of unemployed people have been analyzed. An analysis of occupational groups was carried out based on the number of unemployed people, as well as the average salary for vacancies posted by the State Employment Service. The regional breakdown of the average salary for vacancies showed that the highest level of salary was recorded in current types of activities: finance and insurance, civil engineering, government defense, information These include telecommunications, processing industry, additional industry and quarry fragmentation, water supply and sewerage., take care of the exits, protect your health. The results of a structural analysis of the number of individuals, which is small in the status of unemployed for the status and occupational groups in 2023, showed that the dominant occupational groups among women in the majority of unemployed are sales workers. The service level is 82% or 84579 individuals. Among people, the largest number of non-robot workers work in the maintenance, operation and monitoring of technological installations, folding installations and machines 62.3% or 37462 individuals.
