Abstract

Introduction. Recently, the logistics concept of managing an industrial enterprise has become popular in domestic and foreign practice. The need to use logistics at enterprises is related to the evolution of the management process and the peculiarities of the production processes of industrial enterprises. This becomes especially relevant in times of crisis, when an industrial enterprise must organize its activities in such a way as to minimize risks, losses and costs associated with the processes of production, service, and transportation. The use of artificial intelligence in these areas is a relevant but ambiguous issue. The use of artificial intelligence in order to minimize the risks of the functioning of Ukrainian enterprises acquires special importance in modern conditions. According to public expectations, the state of war has the prospect of transitioning into the post-war period, which makes the need to adjust approaches to risk management urgent now. This is especially true of enterprises reorienting themselves to military lines. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to reveal conceptual approaches to the construction of accounting and analysis of employee remuneration, to develop a typology of such costs and their identification in accounting objects from the standpoint of forms of remuneration and relationships in the process of enterprise activity. types of activities delimiting accounting and analytical procedures at the level of a business entity. Materials and methods. The materials of the study are the provisions of economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on risk management issues, assessment of technical risks and their impact on the results of enterprises, analysis and forecasting of possible losses. In the process of carrying out the research, the following scientific methods were used: expert assessments, fuzzy logic, theoretical generalization and grouping (for assessing risks and their impact on economic consequences, as well as determining the allocation of various risk factors, risk events and economic consequences, as well as for grouping assessment methods risks according to certain characteristics. Results. The need to use logistics at enterprises is related to the evolution of the management process and the peculiarities of the production processes of industrial enterprises. An urgent problem is the coordination of information between participants in logistics chains. It is not always possible to be sure of the quality and reliability of the information received.
