HR-ANALYTICS AS A TOOL FOR ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF AN ENTERPRISE HR-PROCESSES

Abstract

One of the most actively developing areas of personnel management is personnel analytics. It has attracted the attention of many companies and researchers around the world. The development of technologies for collecting and analyzing data in personnel management has given rise to special tools that can influence major decisions in the field of personnel management. HR analytics is also used in strategic business decisions. Over the past 10 years, the interest of domestic companies in human resource analysis tools has been steadily growing. At the same time, companies' requirements for the functionality of HR analytics tools and developments in various areas of HR analytics itself have changed. This paper considers HR analytics as a technique for analyzing personnel information that helps human resource professionals make decisions such as managing and maintaining employees, creating a better work environment, and maximizing labor productivity, which, if used effectively, can benefit the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to identify theoretical approaches to the use of HR-analysis tools in enterprises, to develop a systematic approach to HR-metrics, as well as to analyze the mechanism for using HR-analytics in the activities of enterprises to assess the company's business processes. In the process of conducting the research, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis, observation, logical generalization of the results. As a result of the study, it was established that HR-analytics is one of the most current trends in the field of human resource management today. The use of HR metrics in the system will not only allow you to measure various HR-processes of the enterprise, evaluate their dynamics, but also compare the results obtained with previous periods. Such an analysis will allow us to identify undesirable increases or decreases in one or another indicator, as well as identify the strengths and weaknesses of each area of human resource management. An assessment was made of the effectiveness of implementing the HR-metrics system in the process of performing basic management functions (planning, organization, motivation, control). HR analytics continues to evolve and more innovations will be introduced in the future. The use of artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data will allow HR specialists to more accurately predict trends and increase the efficiency of work with personnel.
