Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the economic and legal aspects of introducing innovations at enterprises in modern conditions. It is noted that innovation has become not only a key factor in the efficiency, effectiveness and success of enterprises, but is one of the main types of strategies for their development in the modern economy. Based on the results of the study, it was established that the introduction of innovations in enterprises requires an integrated and systematic approach that takes into account economic and legal aspects, implementation and management mechanisms, as well as the characteristics of a specific field of activity. At the same time, it has been established that innovation in enterprises helps improve efficiency, competitiveness and profitability by introducing new ideas, products or services, technologies and optimizing production or management processes. Effective innovation in enterprises requires comprehensive economic analysis, including cost calculations, potential profit estimates, and competitive business environment analysis to ensure proper management of resources and informed investment decisions. Effective use of innovative business opportunities at the proper level allows enterprises to ensure stable development and take leading positions in the market. It has been determined that the legal aspects of innovation in enterprises are determined by ensuring intellectual property rights, technology licensing, compliance with patent laws and competition regulation, which not only contributes to the development of enterprises, but also determines their competitiveness and stability in the modern business environment. The conclusion is formulated that the introduction of innovations in enterprises requires high flexibility and adaptability to take into account rapid changes in technology and market requirements, as well as manage risks associated with potential losses and competitive pressure. In the future, taking into account the opinion of enterprise managers, it is necessary to conduct a study of the impact of innovation on the economic performance of enterprises, consider the possibilities of improving the legal environment to stimulate innovation activity, and also analyze the mutual influence of innovation processes and compliance with intellectual property legislation in order to develop mechanisms for protecting the rights of owners of innovative developments, identify and investigate the risks of innovation and develop strategies for managing them, as well as develop recommendations and practical tools for enterprises to manage innovation processes, taking into account economic and legal aspects.
