Abstract

In today's world, the concept of socially oriented business is gaining more and more relevance. Growing public awareness and increasing social challenges require enterprises not only to make a profit, but also to actively influence the socio-economic development of regions. In the context of modern trends of globalization and sustainable development, understanding the importance of a socially oriented approach in business becomes key to ensuring the sustainable and harmonious development of regional economies. The purpose of the article is research and analysis of the influence of socially oriented business on the development of the region, as well as the development of ways to revitalize socio-economic relations. The research material includes the following: 1) works of domestic and foreign scientists investigating various aspects of social enterprise activity; 2) international standards and recommendations related to socially oriented business activities. The theoretical basis and methodical training are provided by general scientific methods, such as comparison, generalization, system analysis, as well as the use of methods of economic-mathematical analysis and structural-logical analysis, as well as theoretical justification. It was studied how enterprises that integrate social goals into their activities contribute to improving the quality of life of the population, reducing the level of poverty, stimulating the local economy and ensuring sustainable development. The influence of socially oriented enterprises through the creation of jobs, the introduction of innovations, and the solution of environmental problems is analyzed. Proposed political and economic mechanisms for supporting socially oriented enterprises. Possible areas of research may include the analysis of the effectiveness of different financing models, such as social impact investments and social loans, in particular their contribution to ensuring the sustainable development of regions and the expansion of social entrepreneurship opportunities. In addition, it is important to investigate the role of government regulation and support in stimulating socially oriented business and ensuring its social responsibility.
