Abstract
The purpose of the article is to investigate the peculiarities of evaluating the effectiveness of the use of information systems and technologies in enterprise management in modern conditions. According to the results of the study, it was established that the assessment of the effectiveness of the use of information systems and technologies at the enterprise is a complex task that includes various aspects of management. The integration of such systems contributes to the increase of productivity, optimization of business processes, economic effect and the ability of the enterprise to adapt to changes in the market. Automation and analytics help make informed and timely management decisions, which increases efficiency and profitability. The use of such technologies also improves the quality of customer service and increases the competitiveness of the enterprise in modern conditions. It was determined that in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of information systems and technologies in enterprise management, it is important to take into account a balance approach that covers various aspects of activity, such as financial indicators, customer service, internal processes and innovation potential. Such a comprehensive approach allows identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise and effectively managing them. Research shows that economic-mathematical models can be a useful tool for determining the level of efficiency in the use of information systems and technologies, which allows enterprises to determine and improve their activities in modern market conditions. In this context, to determine the level of effectiveness of the use of information systems and technologies in enterprise management, an economic-mathematical model of the maximum possible economic annual effect from the use (implementation) of information systems and technologies at the enterprise is proposed, which is defined as an increase in net profit and includes the level of efficiency of the enterprise. In the future, the impact of the latest technologies and optimal strategies for the implementation of information systems in the context of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in conditions of risk and uncertainty is recommended.
