Abstract

The article aims to study the impact of innovations on logistics services. It is found that in the modern business environment, improving logistics services is a key factor in the competitiveness and success of enterprises. To study the impact of innovations on logistics services, the article examines the main trends in the development of logistics activities in Ukraine. Taking into account such problems of today as globalization, uncertainty, martial law, etc., proposals for innovations that have a direct impact on improving logistics services were made. Among the innovations mentioned are the following: automation and implementation of robotics, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), blockchain, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), autonomous vehicles, drones. The introduction of these innovations has a positive impact on logistics services for customers, the main results of which are route optimization, cost reduction, improved customer service, increased environmental sustainability, improved customer interaction, increased transportation safety, improved cargo tracking, etc. The use of innovations in logistics services on the example of Ukrainian experience is considered. The use of innovations in logistics services on the example of the Ukrainian experience is considered. Conditions of war and political instability have a significant impact on logistics services. In particular, restrictions on movement and access can lead to delays in the delivery of goods and increased transportation time. Infrastructure disruptions, such as the destruction of roads or bridges, complicate supply and delivery processes. Economic instability leads to changes in demand and consumer habits, requiring revision of logistics strategies and adaptation to new market conditions. In addition, instability in production and transportation increases the risk of supply and storage disruptions. Hence the need for special attention to supply chain management and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of processes. The paper concludes with general conclusions.
