Abstract

Abstract. Introduction. The active development of social business, including veterans' business, can be an important step in improving the economic and social situation in Ukraine during the war, contributing to stabilisation and support for vulnerable groups. In this regard, today, the socialisation of business is of particular importance, which makes the study particularly relevant. Objective. The purpose of this article is to study and analyse changes in approaches to socially responsible business in times of war, with a focus on business adaptation to new realities, including support for employees, local communities and the country's economy. Materials and methods. The basis for the information and methodological support of the study were legislative and regulatory acts, as well as scientific and applied works of scientists and specialists who covered theoretical and practical aspects of social entrepreneurship, including veteran business. The study used general scientific methods of a systematic approach, analysis and synthesis to identify the problems of social entrepreneurship transformation. The use of the statistical method with the use of the corporate social responsibility database made it possible to track the trends of their pre-war development, taking into account their current situation, and to formulate proposals to help stabilise the situation in the field of social business and support vulnerable groups in general. Results. The article proposes a four-component model of corporate social responsibility of Ukrainian business during the war. Thus, the social responsibility of Ukrainian business is characterised by a model that prioritises ensuring security both in the internal environment and in the external environment, business continuity based on preparing companies for crisis situations and forming various partnerships, the social component is focused on humanitarian projects and staff support due to the growing number of vulnerable and the environmental component, in addition to preventive measures and the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies in the company's operations, is aimed at combating the consequences of Russia's military aggression.
