Abstract

Introduction. The issues of forming and implementing a system of social security for employees in enterprises have become extremely acute today. In the context of war, the importance for enterprise employees extends beyond professional fulfillment to include physical safety, social protection, psychological support, and more. Currently, researchers are primarily focused on studying the social needs of personnel as key consumers of this system. The article analyzes the impact of current challenges related to ensuring human social security in wartime and post-war recovery conditions. Objective. The aim of the study is to examine the social needs of employees in the security mechanisms of a modern enterprise and to develop recommendations for improving the social security system, taking into account the specific needs of employees and the prospects of post-war recovery. Materials and Methods. The study employed consumer need research methods, typically used for analyzing preferences in product markets, to examine the expectations of employees regarding the social security system at the enterprise. A survey was conducted among employees of various enterprises, which allowed identifying the main needs and preferences of employees in the context of workplace safety. The analysis of personnel needs in the security tools of the enterprise's social security system was conducted using the Kano methodology. Various aspects of social security, such as physical safety, psychological comfort, access to medical services, social support, and other important factors were considered.
