DIGITAL TOOLS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF BUSINESS INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

Abstract
Introduction. Information and knowledge are becoming key success factors in today's rapidly changing business environment. Social networks, payment systems, navigation, search engines, cloud storage and mobile devices form large databases that enable informed decision-making. Digital technologies optimise business processes, change business models and create new competitive advantages, while the rapid development of digital infrastructure facilitates the active use of digital tools in business. At the same time, the analysis of the literature suggests that the areas of appropriate use of digital tools for building an effective communication strategy, improving the efficiency of internal and external communications, taking into account the specifics of companies' business activities, are not sufficiently clear. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to disclose conceptual approaches to the use of digital tools to improve the efficiency of internal communications of modern business organisations of various types of activities. In order to achieve this goal, the article aims at solving a number of the following tasks: 1) to systematise digital tools and determine the benefits of their use in internal communications of modern business organisations; 2) to propose a sequence of steps for introducing digital tools into the activities of a business organisation; 3) to identify the problems and prospects for introducing digital tools into internal communications of organisations. Materials and methods. The materials of the study are works of Ukrainian and foreign authors who conduct their scientific and practical research in the field of digital economy development, in particular, in the field of implementation of digital tools to improve the efficiency of management of modern business organisations.
