Abstract
Introduction. The war in Ukraine has unfortunately resulted in considerable damage to the country's economic infrastructure. It is therefore vital that we work together to develop an effective recovery strategy. One important aspect of this is the introduction of new ideas to attract investment and create conditions for sustainable economic development. Today, there is a need for a comprehensive approach to planning and implementing the reconstruction of the economy, which will consider all the main challenges and risks that arise in the post-war period. Goal. This work aims to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of the investment and innovation strategy for rebuilding the post-war economy of Ukraine and to provide recommendations for its implementation, taking into account modern economic challenges and risks.
