Abstract
This article examines the aspects of professional burnout that occurs in military personnel and civilian specialists in the conditions of the Second World War. The author analyzes the causes, manifestations and consequences of burnout, as well as its impact on the effectiveness of completing tasks in conditions of war and stress. The main idea of the article is that professional burnout is not only an individual problem, but also a social phenomenon that seriously affects military operations and civilian life. The author argues that war conditions such as constant stress, high responsibility, uncertainty and physical exhaustion contributed to the development of burnout among soldiers and frontline workers.
