Abstract

Introduction.The article presents an analysis of certain provisions of the Draft Law on the safety and health of workers at work (№ 10147 dated 13.10.2023) and the Draft Law on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding liability of employers for violation of the requirements of the legislation on the safety and health of workers at work (№ 10148 dated 13.10.2023).
