Abstract
Introduction. The effectiveness of legal activity significantly impacts society and the state as a whole, as it determines the efficiency of human rights protection, the quality of justice, the degree of implementation of modern democratic values, and the maintenance of law and order and legality in the state. Therefore, it is crucial for lawyers to possess the skills that will help them be as effective as possible in their professional activities in the context of modern realities.
