CURRENT STATUS AND PROSPECTS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF MIXED TRANSPORTATION IN UKRAINE

Introduction. Mixed transportation is gaining more and more popularity in international cargo transportation. This is due to a number of advantages of this type of transportation compared to others, namely greater flexibility and speed of delivery due to the use of several modes of transport. Mixed transportation is becoming more popular in Ukraine, especially against the backdrop of a full-scale invasion. Although the development of this type of transportation began even before the full-scale invasion, now it is even more relevant against the backdrop of the need to build new transport routes that can work effectively in today's difficult conditions. And for this, there must be a developed and modern legal framework that will facilitate the development of these transportations.
