Abstract
Introduction. The current personnel crisis, which has covered almost all areas of the country's national economy, is particularly acute in the agricultural sector. Agricultural enterprises, especially under martial law, are experiencing an acute shortage of qualified personnel, which forces them to involve the heads of the enterprise and structural units in the implementation of important and complex work on the implementation of agro-technological operations, and sometimes the founders and owners of the agricultural business themselves, members of their families are involved in work that, given the peculiarities of agricultural production, cannot be postponed or stopped.
