Editorial

This issue features scientific and reflective articles related to alternative energies, software development, civil design and construction, biomedical engineering, and the application of ICTs. All these contributions allow the authors to share and disseminate their experiences and findings. Through the Journal Boliviano de Ciencias, Universidad Privada del Valle contributes to the dissemination of knowledge by publishing articles developed by faculty researchers and university students.
