Orange plant industrializing technical and economic study from ALTO BENI for the production and marketing of wine

Abstract
The present project proposed orange industrialization, which through a fermentation process, it is possible to obtain a wine that complies with quality standards and norms in force in the country, and it is preparad for consumption as a different alternativa in the liquors market; and therefore, support the producers so that they can enter the productiva chain, and benefit them economically and socially. In this project only the product "orange wine" was developed, without considering the detail of the secon dary products that can be obtained from this process. The approach used was the quantitative one because the data collection of the numeric character for its analysis with statistical methods, in order to make a reconstruction of reality and control the results obtained for the significance of the research. After the market investigation, with an acceptance of 86% of the sample determined, and defining the demand with 343.145,5 liters/year, it was determined to cover 30% of the total demand, designing the plant for this quantity; which does not affect the economic-financial evaluation.
