Abstract
This article discusses how new technologies in net working, communications and electronics can be used in the field of bioengineering, specifically in biomedical engineering, for purposes of development and integration of these areas. The basics of networking and communications as some concepts of biomedical engineering will be described; also the systems that can be used for physical parameters of the human body transmission and reception and the necessary theories for the acquisition of such signals will be described and what type of physiological parameter represent. The importance of telecommunications and their use in the medical field in recent years is also explained. lt will be necessary to define the basic concepts of these areas: telecommunications, electronics, medicine, and biomedicine for full understanding and integration
