Editorial Note

The Journal Boliviano de Ciencias is a quarterly publication that has established itself as the main academic dissemination platform of UNIVALLE in the fields of Technology, Informatics, Electronics, and Architecture. It presents the community with outstanding research results conducted by university researchers, faculty, and students, as well as new technical approaches and well-documented reviews on current topics. This edition features reflective articles and technical proposals suited to the field, covering topics such as automation of control and monitoring systems for industrial primary conditioning environments, vital signs monitoring processes, an electronic translation system for Bolivian Sign Language, and the production of stone paper, among others. In this way, the journal continues to play a vital role in keeping students, faculty, and professionals up to date while promoting technological transfer policies and fostering national scientific discussion. Therefore, in addition to sharing these research findings, we also extend an invitation to the entire university and scientific community to contribute with their studies.
