Abstract
This article examines the mechanism of public-private partnership (PPP) implementation within the context of Ukraine's state investment policy, which is crucial for attracting long-term investments and post-war reconstruction. The study identifies the theoretical foundations and key stages of PPP, including initiation, preparation, partner selection, contract signing, financing, and monitoring. The article proposes comprehensive recommendations for reforming PPP approaches, including a strategic rethinking of its role, strengthening institutional capacity, digitalizing management, and building a transparent system of interaction to facilitate sustainable economic development and recovery.
