Abstract

The features of parts subjected knurled design magnetic sensor system control structure of the surface layer of metal are viewed. The necessity of developing methods and instruments for conducting high-quality measurements of the surface layer of metal knurled wheel axle are defined. Proposed two mathematical models of the magnetic field of the magnetization vector in a controlled axis of rolling stock and in the magnetic sensor. One model is designed for calculation and analysis of plane field in a two-layer ferromagnetic material and in the core of U-magnetizing device. The second model is for the analysis of three-dimensional magnetic field. The tasks for the calculation fields are modeled based on the numerical solution of integral equations of vector. Analytical dependences for calculation of coefficients of algebraic equations are given. The formulas for the calculation of the field strength generated by the coil with current are offered.
